Greg Stephenson presented Ayanna Fata and Pooja Veedu with the Bartle & Gibson Co. Ltd. Scholarship Awards, through the 2021 EFC Scholarship program. The two students selected received one of two awards of $1750 each.

Ayanna Fata is from St. Albert and is currently enrolled at NAIT in the Business program. 

Pooja Veedu is from Calgary and is currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering at UofC.

The EFC Scholarship program provides post-secondary students, who are interested in pursuing a career in the Electrical industry, with funding to support their academics. Eligible students for Bartle & Gibson's scholarship awards were to be currently attending a post-secondary institute in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or North West Territories, and were to have successfully completed at least their first year of study in electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, electrical or mechanical technician, electrical or mechanical engineering, information technology or a business discipline. The eligible students must have demonstrated community service through volunteerism and have achieved a cumulative average of 75%.
