We'd like to introduce to you, Zach Rhynold, the new Branch Supervisor for our Edmonton South Branch. Get to know more about him below.
What is your favourite band?
Don’t have an overall favourite as I listen to everything, but recently been enjoying Peyton Parrish’s “The Most Magical Album on Earth.”
What are some of your hobbies?
I enjoy playing sports but specifically Darts. Also PC gaming, mostly World of Warcraft.
How long have you been working for Bartle & Gibson, and what do you enjoy about working here?
10 Years as of July 2024. I really enjoy the family aspect of Bartle. The way we include and take care of each other makes for a great atmosphere.
What are some of the things that most excite you about your new role?
I like sharing the knowledge and experiences that I have learned over the years. Being able to help guide / mentor those around me gives me a sense of accomplishment within the company.
How will your branch celebrate Bartle & Gibson’s 80th Anniversary?
Going to rock out with the new swag and support Edmonton Northside branch with their big plans.
And finally, what does Bartle & Gibson’s vision of ‘providing superior customer experiences’ mean to you?
Being the best that we can be every day by trying to elevate the customer experience to have them wanting to come back and deal with us. Start to finish making it a great experience for them and having them spread the word.
