Bartle & Gibson Co. Ltd. hosted a Hands-Free Specials promotion at all of our branches for the month of May, 2020 that featured products for homes and businesses that are touch-free operated to help create and maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Each purchase from the promotional items resulted in a 10% contribution to the United Way to help them provide basic needs, capacity for community services and help for seniors in Western Canada during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This donation will be divided between the Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Victoria United Way chapters.

The total amount raised was $7,680!

Bartle & Gibson would like to thank the manufacturers who were a part of our May Hands-Free Specials promotion that made this donation possible, including American Standard, Delta, Dyson, Lutron, Moen and Stelpro.

Donations to United Way help to provide basic needs to those most vulnerable by ensuring people have access to life’s essentials, such as food and shelter, as well as support for seniors during isolation. They also help to ensure that community partners can continue to do their vital local work and enable system navigation services like 211 to support them.
