What are some of the things that most excite you about your new role?
Taking my experience and passing it on to our team and help build their confidence in knowledge and service.
How will your branch celebrate Bartle & Gibson’s 80th Anniversary?
We will be doing a customer appreciation Food truck BBQ in July and will be pushing hard how huge of a milestone 80 years really is for Bartle & Gibson. How important the Vancouver area really has been in establishing a footprint in BC.
And finally, what does Bartle & Gibson’s vision of ‘providing superior customer experiences’ mean to you?
Providing exceptional customer service to me is making every customer feel valued on a business and personal level. To me it’s the most important aspect of the business. In a super competitive wholesale market we can distinguish ourselves as being their number 1 wholesaler by pushing that we are partners in this. We need them as much as they need us.
