We'd like to introduce you to our latest addition to our growing team, Shelby Mugford, the Branch Manager of our Prince George branch. Get to know more about her below.
What is your favourite band?
It all depends on the day, but for the most part Morgan Wallen or Luke Combs.
What are some of your hobbies?
Spending time with my family, watching my daughter learn new things, going to Costco.
How long have you been working for Bartle & Gibson, and what do you enjoy about working here?
Its been just over 4 years now. I love the customers and constant opportunities to learn new things.
What are some of the things that most excite you about your new role?
Getting to challenge myself on a regular basis, and helping new employees learn.
How will your branch celebrate Bartle & Gibson’s 80th Anniversary?
Hosting a big Customer Appreciation Day BBQ in May.
And finally, what does Bartle & Gibson’s vision of ‘providing superior customer experiences’ mean to you?
It means going out of your way for your customer. Getting them everything they could possibly need, in a speedy and friendly manner. Customer service is absolutely huge for me!
