Oasis International Tariff Message

Oasis International’s products are manufactured in Monterrey, Mexico. Therefore, they are exempt from any tariffs from the Canadian Government. However, we continue to monitor this situation regarding potential tariffs from the US Government. Currently, the US Government has paused tariffs until April 2, 2025, and it’s unclear if those tariffs will be imposed on our products.

Modine Manufacturing Company Tariff Increase

March 13, 2025, Modine’s heating products, classified as HTS 7322.90.1030, have been affected by the retaliatory tariffs imposed by the Canadian government. This means that the importer of record for these products shipped into Canada will now be responsible for paying these tariffs, currently set at 25% of the value of the product. Please note that Modine is not the importer of record and, therefore, is not responsible for paying the tariff.
