The GIVEBACK program
Bartle & Gibson’s way of giving back to the local communities that have given so much to us over the past 80+ years.
Investing in the GIVEBACK program offers us long-term rewards through employee retention and engagement. It also helps us build stronger connections with our communities.
Volunteering
Each employee receives one paid day off a year to volunteer at an organization of their choosing.
Fundraising
We have an array of small and large fundraising activities to help raise funds for local organizations, including branch tradeshows, golf events, and luncheons.
Donating
Each year we donate large quantities of products to impactful organizations like Habitat for Humanity.
