Field Marketing Summit 2025

On February 26 and 27, 2025, Bartle & Gibson hosted its annual Field Marketing Summit in Calgary, Alberta. Our strategic electrical supplier partners, representatives from our buying group (Affiliated Distributors), and our employees, presented, discussed, and strategized in order to create the groundwork for another successful year. 

Topics covered included selling with ecommerce, new product launches, industry trends, and new opportunities to focus on to grow business. We discussed pressing issues like currency exchange rate fluctuations and tariffs, and how we could minimize the effects of these, as well. Since we had a recent loss of a crucial member of our team, Dwayne Klatt, we also took a moment of silence and honoured his memory by placing his jersey on a seat during the summit. 

 We want to give our partners, our buying group, and our employees, a huge thank you for your participation, engagement and insight. With our aligned focus and strategic mindset, we are confident we will overcome any upcoming challenges, and become stronger and more resilient because of it.
