Q: What are your favourite sports and teams?
A: I play cricket here in Surrey with Cosmos Cricket Club and have been doing so for the past 7–8 years. I also enjoy playing soccer. My favourite soccer team is Germany.
Q: What do you think are the key elements that lead a team to succeed?
A: Clear communication, trust and respect, continuous learning and development, accountability, and constructive feedback.
Q: How long have you been with Bartle & Gibson, and what do you enjoy most about working here?
A: I’ve been with the company since 2002. What I appreciate most is being part of a supportive team, the opportunities for personal and professional growth, flexible work arrangements that promote work-life balance, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

A: I’m truly passionate about my role because it allows me to keep learning and growing, while also making meaningful contributions to the success of our team.
