Dormont® Coiled Restraining Cable Kit, Restraint Series
This restraining device with mounting hardware is installed where a gas connector is connected on gas cooking equipment to enhance safety and sanitation in commercial kitchens. ANSI Z21.69 standard requires that each gas connector used on equipment with caster-mounted or fixed legs is moved for cleaning or service repair and should also be installed with a restraining device, which limits strain on the connector. This device is designed for use with 48 in L gas connectors.
- Required by ANSI Z21.69 to be used with moveable gas hoses for caster-mounted equipment
- Plastic coating that covers the end fittings for easy cleaning
