SOLXLED offers a liquid-filled and convection cooled light bulb with imbedded LED chip technology that will have the longest life of any LED bulb on the market. Designed to replace the phased out 60 W incandescent bulb, it will produce a soft, warm light that is virtually indistinguishable from the one people are used to. The key to the liquid-filled light bulb is the imbedded LED chips in the stem of the bulb, which are cooled by the liquid. The overall effect is to extend their life even more. The liquid circulates through convection and what little heat the bulb generates-which is confined to the LED chip-can be reduced significantly. By reducing heat, the LED chips will last almost indefinitely. The new LED bright liquid-cooled bulb is rated at more than 60000 hr, at least 60X longer than the incandescent. The energy saving nature of this bulb is impressive. Another great feature of the bulb is that it is virtually unbreakable, even if dropped from a height. It will bounce, but not shatter. The bulbs are perfect in applications where there is movement or shaking and where moisture is present, as it is also waterproof.
