Our 3M™ Aqua-Pure™ in-line water filter system, AP717, is a single cartridge that helps reduce sediment, chlorine taste and odor and scale from your drinking water and ice. Ideal for refrigerators that do not include a built-in water filtration system and/or ice maker, this system can also be used for drinking fountains, coffee machines and drink dispensers. Our system uses specially formulated activated carbon and progressive porosity media for effective filtration down to 5 um nominal. It combines chlorine taste and odor and sediment reduction to provide effective filtration for up to 1500 gal (5678 L) at 0.5 gpm flow rate. The cartridge, using standard 1/4 in NPT inlet/outlet connections, is sanitary in design and requires no contact with the filter media during change out.
