Siemens BF250A Circuit Breaker, 120/240 VAC, 50 A, 10 kA Interrupt, 2 -Pole, Thermal Magnetic Trip
For spas, hot tubs, kitchens, bathrooms and residential use
HACR Rated | SWD Rated | UL 943

Siemens Circuit Breaker, 50 A, 120/240 VAC, 10 kA Interrupt Rating, 2 Poles, 1 ph Phase, Bolt-On Connection, BLF Frame, Thermal Magnetic Trip, 5 mA Trip, Load Side Lug Terminal, 8 to 6 AWG, 8 to 4 AWG Wire, 2 in Width, 3 in Length, 2.78 in Height

Ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCI) are an effective means of preventing severe electrical shock or electrocution from ground faults. To protect equipment from damaging ground faults, Siemens GFCIs monitor the difference in current between the hot and neutral conductors. If the electricity going to an outlet equals the current coming back from the outlet, the GFCI is dormant. If the electricity going to an outlet is greater than 5 mA than the current coming back from the outlet, the GFCI will open the circuit to stop of flow of electricity. With the extension of the National Electrical Code 2020 to protect more areas of the home, Siemens has expanded the GFCI product line to include 25, 35 and 45 A ratings, continuing to provide complete home safety for our customers. The NEC 2020 Article 210.8(F) extends GFCI protection to circuits feeding HVAC units and other modern-life applications.
