My job position is Electrical Inside Sales. I help walk-in customers with day to day material orders. I also answer phone calls from customers, and respond to emails.

The goal of the Leadership Development Program is to ensure we are able to fill important sales and manager positions with appropriately skilled employees. Bartle & Gibson is building the foundation of competent leaders today and preparing them for success in their careers tomorrow.
For this program to be successful, we are looking for ‘High Potentials’ within the company. The participants need to have the desire, commitment and ability to develop professionally, and able to possibly relocate temporarily or permanently. Part of this development is completing this online training, along with being paired up with a Mentor, in-house systems operation training, external industry and leadership training, and completing a Personality assessment.
